Educational use
Digital Street Smarts is for education. The games teach people to recognize scams, AI-generated content, and online privacy risks. Nothing on this site is legal, financial, or professional advice.
Everything in the games is made up
Every person, profile, account, brand, store, team, app, deal, and message in these games is fictional and created for teaching. Any resemblance to a real person, business, or offer is a coincidence. Don't go looking for any deal or account shown in a game, because it doesn't exist.
Using the site
Please use the site only for learning. Don't try to break, overload, or get around how the games work, and don't type anything hurtful, private, or inappropriate into a game. Facilitators may remove players who do.
Our content
The games, text, graphics, and design on this site belong to Carolina Bridge Tech. You may use them during a Digital Street Smarts session. Please don't copy, sell, or republish them without our written permission.
No guarantees
We work hard to keep the site accurate and running, but we provide it as-is and can't promise it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, Carolina Bridge Tech isn't responsible for losses from using the site.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina.
