Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 12, 2026

Carolina Bridge Tech wants every student and family to be able to use Digital Street Smarts. We design and test this website and its games to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA.

What we've done

• Every game can be played with a keyboard alone.
• Text meets contrast standards, and color is never the only way information is shown.
• Images have text descriptions for screen readers.
• Videos have no sound, can be paused, and don't autoplay when your device is set to reduce motion.
• Games have no automatic time limits. You move forward when you're ready.
• Pages work when text is enlarged up to 200%.

Other ways to take part

If a game doesn't work for you, any game can also be run by the facilitator on a shared screen, with players answering out loud or on paper. Ask your facilitator, or contact us before your session and we'll set it up.

Tell us about a problem

If something on this site is hard to use, please let us know. Tell us the page or game, what happened, and the device or assistive technology you were using.
